CageLab
CageLab Partner Programme

Add UK colocation capability without becoming a data centre broker.

Clients sometimes ask about rack space, DR colocation, cloud repatriation, private cages or data centre options outside their current supplier stack. CageLab helps MSPs, IT consultants, telecoms brokers and infrastructure advisers turn those enquiries into a clear UK colocation shortlist.

  • Buyer pays nothing to use CageLab
  • Partner can stay involved in the client relationship
  • Matching is based on power, rack space, location, connectivity, resilience and compliance needs
  • Referral arrangements can be discussed where appropriate
Benefits

Why partners use CageLab

Handle colocation questions without building your own operator database

You do not need to maintain relationships with every UK facility. CageLab helps scope the requirement and narrow down suitable options.

Keep the client relationship

You can stay front-of-house with your client while CageLab supports the colocation search in the background or alongside your team.

Compare providers using the same requirement

Rack space, power, location, resilience, connectivity and compliance are captured consistently before providers are approached.

Support more use cases

Use CageLab when clients ask about DR, cloud repatriation, office server room exits, GPU hosting, private cages or regional colocation.

Avoid unsuitable introductions

CageLab’s role is to reduce wasted calls by matching requirements to provider fit before introductions are made.

Process

How partner referrals work

Step 1

Send us the requirement

Use the referral form or speak to CageLab. Include rack size, power, location, timeline and any compliance requirements where known.

Step 2

CageLab scopes the need

We clarify the technical and commercial requirement so providers are compared on the same basis.

Step 3

We shortlist suitable UK options

CageLab narrows down operators based on fit. Matching is requirement-led, not pay-to-rank.

Step 4

You decide how involved to stay

You can remain front-of-house with the client, join the conversation or let CageLab manage the provider introduction.

Step 5

Referral arrangements are agreed where appropriate

Commercial referral arrangements can be discussed where suitable and documented separately.

Transparency

How CageLab protects buyer fit

CageLab’s matching should be based on the buyer’s technical and commercial requirements: location, power, rack space, density, connectivity, resilience, compliance, timeline and growth needs. Commercial relationships must not override fit. Where a commercial relationship is relevant, CageLab should be able to explain how the match was made.

Does the buyer pay CageLab?

No. Buyers can use CageLab’s colocation search and introduction process without paying CageLab.

No. Partners can stay involved in the client relationship. CageLab can support in the background, join a scoped conversation or handle provider introductions depending on what works best.

How is CageLab paid?

CageLab may receive fees from operators or commercial partners where a suitable introduction progresses. Any commercial arrangement should not override buyer fit.

Can referral revenue be discussed?

Yes. Referral arrangements can be discussed where appropriate and documented separately. Referral revenue is not guaranteed.

What types of enquiries fit?

Rack space, single server, quarter rack, full rack, private cage, DR colocation, cloud repatriation, high-density, GPU, AI, regional UK hosting and compliance-led requirements.

What information should we send?

Location preference, rack or U-space, power draw, timeline, connectivity needs, compliance requirements, current hosting setup and whether the buyer has a budget range.

Do you recommend named operators automatically?

No. CageLab shortlists based on requirement fit. The first step is understanding what the buyer actually needs.
